ALMARA is an e-commerce platform specialising in the sale of high-quality artisan products made by Peruvian craftspeople. This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website almara.es (hereinafter, "the Site") by users.

Accessing and using this website implies full and unreserved acceptance of the conditions set out in this Legal Notice. ALMARA reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Site, as well as these terms of use.

ALMARA shall not be liable, in any case, for damages of any kind that may arise, including but not limited to:

- Damages resulting from service interruptions, network or server failures.
ALMARA reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the Site for technical or security reasons or to carry out maintenance work.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by current Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Site, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of ALMARA's registered address, unless applicable regulations establish another mandatory jurisdiction (as in the case of consumers and users).
